[Foundation-l] help.wikimedia.org - Q&A site

[Gregory Varnum]

This site could be an interesting test ground for the developing visual editor and future LiquidThreads projects.

I always feel a little weird when we develop new platforms rather than enhance the MediaWiki platform.
