That reminds me of something O:-)

Perhaps something like this?

We, the wikimedia movement, hold these truths to be self evident:
* That neutrality is the path to knowledge
* That all knowledge should be available to all people no matter when or wherever they want it, and be free to study, free to share, free to improve
* And that this state of affairs should hold in perpetuity, so that our children, and their children and etc. can benefit.

Might need some editing to make it perfect. Meta someplace?
