[Foundation-l] "All human knowledge", by Jimmy Wales (?)

I think that the phrase meaning refered to Wikipedia is "the sum of all
human knowledge which is notable and encyclopedic".

Not ALL, ALL, ALL human knowledge. MySpace discarded.
