Which Commons template applies to Italy laws?

On English Wikisource we have the following template to cover foreign laws

http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Template:PD-GovEdict

There is a slightly differently worded template

http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:PD-US-GovEdict
