[Foundation-l] Stalking on Wikipedia

For the record, upon the advice of a member of this mailing list, I sent 
details about this affairs to the ombudsman team. I also added a 
complaint about the "sock-puppet" list to which Mr. Herbert had given 
reference. I'll let the team deal with it, and, for the time being, say 
nothing that might influence their deliberations.
