GA is a very open process. It just takes one person to give a positive
review and an article is promoted. It isn't a major hurdle in the way
FA can be, and the proposed parameters for the Credo accounts (when I
last saw them) included a willingness to nominate an article for GA or
FA within the next 12 months, which is barely a hurdle at all.
