Or send them to the relevant mailing lists. ie. send a monthly report
in English about what's been discussed on wikide-l to foundation-l and
a monthly report in German about what's been discussed on foundation-l
to wikide-l. (And similiarly for other lists, I'm just using the
examples already given.)
