[Foundation-l] IRC office hours this week

Hi everyone,

This week Chief Global Development Officer Barry Newstead will be joined by Asaf Bartov (Head of Global South Relationships) and Moushira Elamrawy (Chapters Relations Manager) for two IRC office hours.[1] The topic will be chapters and global development in general. They will both be on Friday the 11th, and we're doing two in order to cover as many time zones as possible. The first is at 15:00 UTC and the second at 22:00 UTC.
