[Foundation-l] [Wikimediaindia-l] Toolserver has its Internationalisation

Great step indeed. Many thanks to Krinkle. Toolserver tools are being used
frequently. And I would like to announce that Bengali is the first
sub-continental language to complete the translation 100%. :D
