It's doesn't seem to be visible in Canada, either. (Ah, there's a
small American flag icon under the word "Available", at that page).
Any suggestions for how the rest of us should go about viewing the
entire film?

A couple of accounts have uploaded one version of the trailer to youtube:
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=truth+in+numbers+everything+according+to+wikipedia&aq=f
There's an older trailer at
http://vimeo.com/8902544
There's yet another trailer at the landing page of
http://truthinnumbersthemovie.com/
and a number of clips if you click "About the film" -> "Videos &
Interviews". (Each time you click "Videos & Interviews" the grid of
links changes, so I'm not sure how many clips there are).
The website appears to be licensed as CC-BY-SA, but the film is
offered there for $9.99 digital download (or $4.99 stream, or $19.99
for a dvd).

FYI, we have an article on the film at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truth_in_Numbers%3F_Everything_According_to_Wikipedia
(the talkpage is currently discussing the prior AfDs)
There's also a brief mention in this Signpost story from July
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikipedia_Signpost/2010-07-12/News_and_notes#Wikimania
plus all the references currently in the article, for further details.
