Acceptable or not (IMHO it is), the interesting and good thing about
this ad is that the advertiser understands that if the article is not
properly referenced, it will be rejected.

This is similar to the story of the Wikipedia editing course that was
organized by right-wing Israelis a few months ago: they did it because
they understood that Wikipedia will reject politically-biased writing.

That is a win for the public perception of Wikipedia - the people
realize that Wikipedia is not so easily fooled.
