Indeed. I'm not sure why Sue mentioned the Whistleblower Policy.
Whistleblower policies are about what an employee needs to do to make
sure they don't get fired for reporting things to the authorities.
It's irrelevant for anyone else. The general idea that it's good to
report things to the ED, Chair of the Board or Chair of the Audit
Committee (as appropriate) is a good one, but that isn't because it
says so in the Whistleblower Policy. It's just because it's a good way
to get the problem solved.
