[Foundation-l] Call for Volunteers, Wikimania 2010 scholarships

Hello everyone!

Cross posting this to several lists, forgive me if you get it a number
of times.

Wikimania 2010 is going to require will be requiring a number of 
volunteers to handle scholarship applications.  Details of the Volunteer
