Without trying to sound like a jerk - I doubt it.  I had a personal
conversation with the man about his ability (or lack thereof) to quote
and present context in his emails.  He completely misunderstood what I
was referring to even through 3 emails explaining the concept of
context further and further.

I eventually admit I did give up on him, but I assume a language
barrier might be part of the issue.
