But the other side has the power to indimidate the first side into editing it 
their way. I can't find it in English but according to 
http://www.blic.rs/svet.php?id=112146 the entries will be edited after 
pressure from Albanian parties, the US and UK.

Either way, it does have some semblance to Wikipedia.
