[Foundation-l] "Wikipedia" localization

Hi!

I think it's good idea to localize namespaces and project name.

I don't think that there any special WMF policy on this subject.

You could see examples of such localizations in interwikis on
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump.
