[Foundation-l] Simple English Wikipedia on xkcd

As much as I appreciate the potential usefulness of Simple, I think it
would work better if there were more strict guidelines on language
usage instead of people arbitrarily "dumbing down" articles to fit
their own ideas of what is simple.
