[Foundation-l] Can anyone really edit Wikipedia?

NO.  There is no reason to give users easy access to making test red
at 3px font.  Outside of infoboxes and tabels nothing should allow any
kind of style editing.

WYSIWYG editors are not the answer here unless you strip everything
off them except a "insert reference" button.
