To get a recent, usable, full history English Wikipedia dump which can be
accessed randomly (read only) while bzipped.

I just looked at the prices, and I'm just going to go ahead and buy it
myself.  Then when I'm done I'll try to sell the drive with the data already
on it to try and at least get my money back.
