[Foundation-l] Suggestions for GFDL-CC harmonization FAQ

Great idea, here are some questions in no particular order (that I may
or may not know the answer to already):

* What would we gain from the switchover?
* What happens if we change our minds later?
* What if everyone else wants to switchover but I want to keep my
contributions GFDL only?
* What are the key differences between GFDL and CC-BY-SA?

That's it for now, I'll let you know if I think of any more.
