As I had to update the config files for pywikipediabot for
CommonsDelinker, I thought I might as well inform you of the 15 new
Wikimedia wikis that were created today[1,2].

Thanks go to Tim[3] for creating them. In general all the languages
for which wikis have been created have a fair to excellent
localisation status. Your continued efforts on this are appreciated.
Please visit http://translatewiki.net and get those languages to 100%
across the board[4].
