What is meant by "publication", what exactly did the court order, and
if the court ordered the Foundation to delete the article, why did
they have to contact you to do it? When you say you're hardly a
random admin, do you mean you're acting as an agent of the
organization?
How big was the risk? Obviously there's always some risk with just
about anything. Who made the decision that the legal risk was too
great to bear? Mike? You? Someone else? No one?
