We're hoping to do that, but it depends on technical feasibility. We
need to send emails directly to the registered email addresses (we
can't realistically use [[Special:Emailuser]] for such a large-scale
mailing without many problems), which requires either access to the
email addresses or a system administrator willing to do the mailing
for us.
