[Foundation-l] data retention policy

Hi,

thanks for letting us know. Is this any change with the past? (I was
under the assumption that this policy was already the case actually)
or is it just formalizing what we are doing already? Is it already
clear what practical consequences this would have for, for example,
checkuser data? (maybe this is more a question to Mike, but whoever
wants to pick it up, please :) )
