[Foundation-l] Chapter-selected Board seats - brainstorming

Ludicrous. Please explain why the smallest countries in the world
don't have large projects? Larger, more populous countries can support
more people in chapters, can support more fundraising, and more
outreach/partnership opportunities. The concept that "size doesn't
matter" is ridiculous: it does matter, even though the virtual "motion
of the ocean" might be vigorous.
