Compatibility between CC-BY and GFDL is the same as compatibility
between CC-BY and CC-BY-SA: you may use CC-BY material (let's say a
Wikinews article) inside of GFDL or CC-BY-SA material (let's say a
Wikipedia article), but you are not able to do the reverse action.
