[Foundation-l] [WikiEN-l] CAS and Wikipedia -- CAS agrees to help contribute

It's all the more remarkable because, as our chemistry librarian here said,

"By the way, this is VERY uncharacteristic of CAS.  They have sued
others (including non-profits) over using their CAS numbers.  Maybe
they don't have a way to sue Wikipedia...."
