Whenever you get emails to OTRS that contain "instructions" of some
sort or template - like sentences, please collect them.

Mathias

There used to be a joke floating aroung last century about a bunch of
comedians who were just playing their standard programme for decades.
In order to shorten this thing up, they used numbers for their jokes
and witty replies when in conversation with each other. So the
conversation was something like "52" - "13" - "92" - "7" - "12" -
"103" ...

when suddenly one of the comedians bursts into laughter. The two
others are puzzled and ask for the reason of his sudden laughing fit.
Barely able to speak, he giggles "103... I didn't hear that joke
before".
