Christiano,

As you well know (it's well known fact) that each and every
complicated problem has simple, so wrong solution.

As the matter of fact Ahonc, who was desysoped in uk: managed to
became a sysop in commons and uk: community was (and still remains)
just shocked by that :(
I don't think that  "some commons admins" - it's right solution.
