Nobody is exempt. If you want it blacklisted (not an outlandish idea, I
think, but requires some consensus) please list it at [[m:Talk:Spam
blacklist]] as usual.

Aren't sysops exempt from the spam blacklists anyway? I could be
completely wrong here.
