Actually, upon reviewing this for the second time, I think you guys  
are talking past each other.

It appears that Thomas was referring to the rogue Russian Wikibooks  
admin. Whereas to Nathan, and at first glance, to me, it appeared you  
were calling Greg a rogue admin.

It makes MUCH more sense that you're referring to the Russian  
Wikibooks admin.
