I believe that would *help* them pass First Amendment muster, but
certainly wouldn't stop them. Wikipedia's a top-10 site, it's
mainstream famous, it's a legitimate subject for public discourse. We
could wish it was higher quality than the site named, but that's
another matter entirely.
