[Foundation-l] [[afrophonewikis] Current numbers for Afripedias

Yoruba Wikipedia had a problem with a user who filled the entire place
up with non-encyclopedic nonsense. They tried to delete most of his
articles, but it was just too massive of an effort. So currently, the
article # there is a bit inflated by texts that probably belong at
Wikisource, and whose copyright status is dubious as well.
