AFAWK, an exact match in page request for 
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virgin_Killer>, and 
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Virgin_Killer.jpg> and nothing else. 
As been said, any variation to that is unblocked, including when the 
above image is part of any other articles.
