[Foundation-l] When is a Wikipedia not a Wikipedia ?

An encyclopedia is a comprehensive written compendium that contains
information on all branches of knowledge or a particular branch of
knowledge... it doesn't matter if it is the definition of a word, or
knowledge contained in a source text.
