If there is a valid concern in this area, would bit makes sense
to refer the issue to Sue and have Mike seek a consult from someone
familiar with the particular laws in question or international copyright
law in general (presuming he is not familiar himself in this area)? The
specific use and application of the current license (apart from migrating
to a new license or other more general issues) should be the province
of the professional staff, no?
