We could move a db cluster to another place. But where's the benefit?
Shall i remember you that the Seoul servers hosted the asian wikis, and 
were quite recently taken back to tampa ?
Moreover, the wiki dbs are not completely independent: they do direct 
queries to the other databases for accessing commons (asian wikis didn't 
have commons), stewards actions, and the always wanted but never coming SUL.

If it ain't broke don't fix it.
