Just a little note: Moderation is not a punishment per se but rather a
measure to prevent posts being automatically forwarded to all list
subscribers. If his further posts are "normal" [sorry, I can't think
of a better word right now], they will be certainly approved and his
moderation will be immediately lifted. If not, then the moderation was
helpful resp. the sender can then be advised to e.g. contact OTRS with
his questions (And, before you misunderstand me, I'm not saying that
posts must be written in perfect English in order to be "normal", this
is not my point...)
