We, as in the WMF cannot ask others to comply to the GFDL. Only we as
contributers can ask that from others, just like we should ask it from
the WMF. This is a problem that should be fixed by either get the GFDL
changed or Wikipedia changed. Falsely claiming the content to be some
CC is not a realistic solution.
