That's what I heard too. But 'good progress towards it'  is farther
away than what I heard one year ago (then it was essentially ready,
and would be implemented after the board elections had finished), and
about similar to what I heard two and a half years ago. I guess it
will come some day, but whether that day is next week or in ten years
I have stopped having any expectations about.
