[Foundation-l] EN discussing removing/replacing the banner

Per the Fundraising FAQ <http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Fundraising_FAQ>,
it *is* actually people who donated.  The goal for this fundraiser is
actually based upon the number of people who donate rather than the amount
of money we raise.
