[Foundation-l] Difference between the two reporting engines?

Forgive my ignorance...

I can find two separate CORE sites:
http://fundraising.wikimedia.org/en/fundcore/list
http://donate.wikimedia.org/en/fundcore_browse

These would seem to report the same contributions, yet they do not. 
What's the difference?
