I have very serious doubts that any content on wikipedia would be
considered pornographic by a german court, since it is always in
encyclopedic context and thus by the german definition of pornography
not pornographic, since the aim is not the arousal of the reader, but
his education.

The project in trouble here is not Wikipedia, but Commons, since there
context is missing.
