True enough, but I think that those who are so fearful are more 
concerned with the extent to which appellate rulings would be binding on 
lower courts.  Many experts consider the problem decision to be 
eccentric.  It is already 11 years old, and the likelihood of its being 
seriously brought into question diminishes with time.
