The letter is silent on such issues, as was noted last time we
discussed Google Analytics, but the spirit is clear - and I think you
would be very hard pressed to say "and we will consent to some random
admin choosing to pass your reading information on to a third party
with no constraints on what they can do with it" falls within the
spirit of the policy.
