[Foundation-l] Moldovan Wikipedia

Hoi,
In this case, check your facts. There is an unresolved conflict about
territory where one part has separated itself in a country that has not been
recognised as such. Transnistria's continued existence is seen as being
helped by Russia. There is no sign of getting some resolution in this so it
is an existing conflict that has lead to armed confrontations.. Now you tell
me that this is not war.
