And my answers still the same, de does not allow copyrighted material on
wiki. Be aware though that copyright in Germany is different, the threshold
of originality is much higher, and somethings that qualify for copyright in
the US can get only trademark protection in germany. (the star wars logo
being a prominent example as of late. Text on a black background is not
original enough to get copyright protection in Germany, but Lucasfilm still
gets itself a trademark).
