[Foundation-l] Cross-Wiki accounts

Hoi,
There are 210 GerardM profiles and some 133 RobotGMwikt profiles. I expect
that they are all mine. One of them I created a few moments ago.

It is not feasible for me to check to anyones satisfaction that they are all
mine. When people start to block any of these profiles, I will no longer be
able to run the bot service that I do.
