I would also like to add this Wikiversity project that Michael has been 
involved with as well:

While not completely what he is proposing, I would like to point out 
that he has contributed significantly to Wikibooks in the past and has 
continued with his efforts on Wikiversity as well, within the scope of 
those two projects, in regards to fire safety management.
