[Foundation-l] Travel policy

I would venture to say that the time a board member spends worrying
about how to support dependents is time not spend worrying about the
Wikimedia Foundation.  Board members seem incredibly overworked as it
is; putting greater pressure on them by cutting every possible expense
is a bad idea.
